Hey Olene, The Grade A Bird's Nest is what kind of BN? I know got Gong1 Yan4 and Xue3 Yan4 and I don't know what else is there... what is the usual retail price for this?
Also, what is Yan4 Bing3 ? is it also BN? as in cook it like BN? then is it made in a special way, that's why called Yan Bing? thanks for answering.. Autum
This one is Grade A wu1 yan4. Another type of bird nest. I went to Fu Hua and ask, they were selling at $250 per tael.
Yan Bing is also bird nest. Cook in the same way as bird nest. Grading is based on the size of the nests. Grade A usually refer to the shape and size of the nest. One proper piece, intact. When the nest is not in a proper nice piece, it will be used to mould into Yan bing. Quality is the same, no chemical used. All hand cleaned.
